The fundraising campaign of Miss Universe 2018, CATRIONA GRAY (@catriona_gray), together with Young Focus Philippines, “No Work No Rice” was able to distribute 50,000 kilograms of rice to feed the hungry families in Smokey Mountain.

With the announcement of the extension of the quarantine period, their team is determined to feed more families!

Last March, Catriona and Young Focus Philippines started a campaign where they will raise funds for those residing at Smokey Mountain in Tondo, Manila.

The amount collected will be used to buy 15 kilograms of rice for each of the affected households and the group aim to distribute a total of 1,000 bags of rice for the community.

Catriona also noted that one 15 kilogram bag costs $11 or 550 pesos which is enough to feed a whole family.
